1. What is your pricing?
Our commercial rates are based the laundry type, quantity and your turnaround requirement.
2. How many times a week can you pick up?
We offer pick up and delivery 7 days a week. The available times will vary based on location.
3. How does payment work?
You can choose to autopay with a credit card securely saved to your account or COD
4. What types of laundry do you clean?
We clean a wide variety of items from chef coats to tablecloths. If it can be washed in a washer, we can clean it.
5. When is the laundry delivered?
Our standard delivery is 24hrs from pick up time.
6. Can you iron items?
Yes, we are able to iron or steam your laundry upon request. There is an additional fee for this service.
7. What products do you use?
We have fragrance and hypoallergenic options. Our products include detergents, softeners, stain treatment, dryer sheets and other laundry aids. Our laundry professionals will determine the best combination of products to give your items an optimal clean.
8. What if I am not home for scheduled delivery?
If not home, the driver will leave the clothes on your porch or on the handle of your door. Please ensure you are home. It will not be our responsibility once we drop-off the clothes.
9. Is your dry cleaning process Eco-friendly?
It most certainly is. We apply wet washing to all your dry cleaning items.
10. Should I tip my delivery driver?
Yes – with a smile and a positive review!
